There are lots of things that can trigger urticaria, my doctor told me to write down everything i eat & then keep track of when the urticaria starts so i will know which food triggers my urticaria.
Since found out that this won’t work very well, can anybody help?

Greetings out of Vero Beach! I really like your web design. I sympathise with you because I have suffered with this condition too (also called nettle rash). I treated mine very successfully with natural remedies.

Hiya, I’m really glad I’ve found this information. Today the doc has prescribed me cetirizine hydrochloride, an antihistamine for my hives, which does help quite a lot, but I don’t know if it’s safe to take that permanently. Plus it makes me very drowzy, what do you think.
Thanks for keeping this website, I’ll be visiting it. Do you do newsletters? Can’t find it.
