Urticaria is a term used by the dermatologists and physicians for the common skin disease, hives. Its characters are rashes on the skin. These rashes can be on any part of your body and at times on various parts of your body. The rashes Urticaria are majorly circular and accompanied by redness and extreme itch. Urticaria is mostly developed by allergies and allergic reactions. Urticaria is of two types, cute Urticaria and chronic Urticaria. Acute Urticaria is caused due to some allergic reactions and stays for 4 hours or in some cases for few days but less than 6 weeks. Chronic Urticaria is caused majorly by unknown reasons. These are called idiopathic Urticaria. Some times the Urticaria is also caused by autoimmune.
Idiopathic Urticaria has the symptoms of rashes, extreme and constant itching without a properly known cause. As the cause of idiopathic Urticaria is not known, the dermatologists face a hard time prescribing the treatment or cure for it. It becomes very difficult to cure idiopathic Urticaria as its cause remains unknown. Idiopathic Urticaria is also found in children at a chronic stage. This type of a skin disorder can occur at ant stage of your life and to people of any age group. But mostly women are found to be the patients of idiopathic Urticaria.
